A way for Albertans to keep government-issued documents on their phones and use them in mobile and web apps.

Emergency Management BC

Context
When an emergency hits, evacuees need to register for support quickly, and everyone shows up at the same time.
Role
Led development as architect, scrum master, DevOps and developer.

Context
The data warehouse teams needed a common way to build batch job interfaces. A Java interchange between IBM Cognos BI and .NET services also needed more integration features.
Role
Designed and built the framework and the integration enhancements.

Context
Client applications had to exchange currencies at live rates and send payment orders to back-end systems.
Role
Designer and team lead; managed a 7-person cross-functional team and guided partner teams in other locations.

Cross-border payments web application

Context
A white-labelled consumer web app for online cross-border payments that needed updating and new channels.
Role
Team lead for a 6-person cross-functional team of full-stack developers and testers.

Context
Game teams relied on Perforce servers around the world. Nobody had a combined view of the data, and setting up a new project was slow and manual.
Role
Applications solutions architect; designed and led both services.
